The anchor/Breezes Jibacoa/Cuba - Caribbean Sea
Tentative identification. The stripe pattern/colors doesn't quite match and ventral/pectoral fins are not yellow. Perhaps it is a caesar grunt but the anal fin is too yellow for that one. Comments appreciated.

Notice the very dusky belly area. Very noticeable on two individuals (you just see the snout of the other on the bottom left). Had not seen that before or since.
