I think of juvenile Spotted Snake Eel (Myrichthys maculosus) or Marbled Snake Eel (Callechelys marmorata)

I believe these are Ghost eels. They may be juviniles which explains the large black spots.

Really not sure, but could it be two baby honeycomb moray (gymnothorax favagineus)?
