They are orange in colour and like dark spaces. They are commonly found in caves, dark crevices in rocks and around the reef at night.

Quite a timid creature. They like to keep their distance from you and they never let you out of their sight. They seem to like hide under objects.

I have encountered many of these on many a dive but I have no clue to what they are. I am hoping that someone who is much more knowledgeable than I on ichthyology.
