Note the cymothoid isopod beside the spotfins cheek. When seen as pairs, the larger isopod is female and the smaller one is male. When seen singly, as here, they are generally females.

Tentative identification. Humann&Deloach do not mention or show the white gill spot and pale bar in the tail base. Feedback from Ross Robertson suggests this is the closely related A. quadrisquamatus.
