Many young individuals around isolated rocks and blocks of mooring concrete in the middle of alarge sandy plateau. Not many in more rocky reef areas, although the pictured one was.

More shy than many of the other Mediterranean seabreams. The amount of yellow on nape and ventral/anal fins is less on older individuals

Tentative ID as I can't find much info on juvenile seabreams. Small schools of these and somewhat higher-bodied individuals without dot on fin base were hovering over the posedonia fields
